Notes
"Brewed with Sunshine" on a beautiful, 75° day in early spring. A relatively easy mash with simple ingredients, quick fermentation, and short maturation. Should be cool and crisp, perfect for afternoons as the spring warms to summer.
Quite hazy, wheat and citrus forward with mild to moderate hoppiness, dense mouthfeel, but crisp finish. Very mellow after 2 weeks in the keg. A new favorite.
