Notes
K-97 pitched at 14°C celcius. After four days, slowly raise temperature to 17°C and add 40g Galaxy hops into fermentor. Allow to ferment out and finish dry. Cold crash and lager for at least five days and then bottle/keg!
Aung Pwe (Victory) Beer was crafted by Luke Corbin who was one of three main brewers of Burbrit Brewery in Yangon, the first micro brewery in Myanmar. It was shut down by the coup in February 2021. Luke is now in Chiang Mai, Thailand and he is working for Independent Journal of Myanmar Scholarship as an assistant editor to publish articles on Myanmar while he homebrews for friends and revolutionaries in Chiang Mai.
