Substituted Sterling hops for Saaz. Adjusting quantity, since higher AAU, to achieve ~15-16 IBU
Pasteurized apples will be added (in large hop bags) into fermenter, once primary fermentation is complete (weight is of skinned/cored apples). Constraint is when apple varieties are available (likely Pristine or Sansa apples).
Leave in fermenter 1 week before kegging.
