Notes

 IPAはウエスト・コーストスタイルということで、IBU60としっかり苦く、高アルコールとモルトの深みでバランス良く仕上げました。
 ウエスト・コーストスタイルに対して、グラッシーなイメージがあるので、ホップはシムコー・アマリロで柑橘+ちょい芝感を出しました。モルトは異国のベースモルトを加えることで深みの味わいになるるという情報があったので、マリスオッター(イギリス)+ピルスナー(ドイツ)を使用して、深みのあるモルティーな味に仕上げました。
