Notes
Whirlpool hop addition is basically a flame-out addition, but kept in the kettle as I chill it (I want some IBUs from it, but not much; a flame-out addition shows 0 IBUs).
My efficiency was much higher than planned (thought it would be lower with no sparge!), so this brew took it slightly higher than style guidelines.
