Fast Ferment Test
Used swamp cooler method to bring down temp. Covered fermenter with cool wet towel and have fan blowing across blocks of ice to use evaporation of wet towel to remove heat.
Second place peoples choice award at Wings & Ale Fest 2022 hosted by Low Road Brewing in Hammond, LA on 9/12/2022. Festival was a fund raiser for VFW Post 3652.
