Notes

Placeholder for when I brew this in a few weeks. I have Fuggles growing in my yard in Colorado. I have no idea what the harvest will look like, but I plan to use everything I get. Last year it was somewhere around 30oz fresh. My advice to home hop growers is to wear a long-sleeved shirt when you harvest your hops.

I have used Kent Golding pellets in the past as a bittering hop, but I would like to try out all fresh and see where that gets me. I only get one shot at it per year, but it tends to turn out pretty good no matter what.
