Notes

oh,Vienna
BBC IPA called Vienna Touring
75% vienna
4.4% ABV
Hallertau Mittelfruh
Huell Melon Spice and fruit
In the glass maybe it was darker?? than the estimation here
Good malt and hop combo
NB Belgian pale ale usually has les hopping than English

Maybe it’s better to reduce the ibu to 80% ofabv to let the mealtimes come throughI’ve added I added Munich here giving toasted caramel but amber/ biscuit could be an alternative giving crisp brown Both give extra colour depending on exact sum. I’ve added 5%. You can go up to 40%
Idea from Mosher to use vienna
could have used lager malt but went for pale maris

fancies mix of cascade and EKG in my original idea till i found the BBC beer!

Could go for a Belgian pale ale yeast esp Antwerp. With lower fermentation temp for less Estero aroma p 308 Moshe
