Notes
1) Brew Date (D0) 21May2022. Part of PALE ALES Big Brew day. Recipe based on one shared by the Pravda Brewery of Lviv, Ukraine, "American Red Eyes".
2) D3, 25 May. Fermentation has been proceeding well at 70ºF/21ºC. 40 sec/Bubble in bubble trap.
3) D5, 27 May. 120 sec/B. SG =1.008. Dry Hopped with 1 oz whole Cascade hops in Nylon bag and steamed briefly with minimal amount of water.
4) D11, 02Jun. Removed dry hops and added 1 tsp gelatin dissolved in 4 oz boiled hot water.
5) D14, 05Jun. Transferred to keg containing 1 tsp ascorbic acid dissolved in 4 oz hot boiled water.
