Notes

Brewed 16 May, bubbling after 24hrs, huge amount of krausen, blocked blow off tube, first time ive had that happen lid stayed on the FV but was domed! Rinsed the tune out, no further problems. Fermented at 19.5c, minimal activity on 21st, added 31g of Amarillo dry hop and raised target temp to 21.5c
Crashed temp down to 5c from 23rd,
bottled 26th 18.5ltr, tastes nice, full of body at bit darker than I was expecting, amber? BTL conditioned at 18c for 5 days

could'nt wait, tasted 6th june, worked out good, very creamy head, not too hoppy but that might change with time? malty and easy to drink

Every beer Ive done has improved with age apart from this one after two months it seems to have deteriorated, cant think why
