Notes
For the 3oz addition at 0 min, the intention is for a hop stand. Use the wort chiller to drop the temp to around 175°F; then add hops and allow to "rest" for 30 minutes (go longer depending on the temp after 30 minutes; below 150°F will be ineffective). Do not want to add the hops when the wort is too warm or additional isomerization will occur.
