Notes

Got rims tube water to 162, that was too hot. Need to bump this down. This was the second batch on the new system.

Efficiency went up 10% from last batch. Made my volume for the new fermenter to work correctly. There is a discrepancy between the tilt and the thermowell at the moment, guessing that it is the chiller coil being in proximity to the tilt.
