Notes
When switching to 5 barrel I lowered the attenuation from 78 to 70 to be on the safe side. To compensate for the lowered ABV I upped 2 row to 100lbs (up 10lbs) And Pilsner to 50lbs (up 5lbs). I wanted ABV to be at least 4.
I also switched the 20 minute hop addition from Cluster to Northern Brewer because Genus didn't have enough Cluster.
