Notes
This is my own recipe that I came up with. Tastes amazing! The bitter taste at first complements the sweet hoppy taste that hazes leave in your mouth. Decided to name into New Western IPA. New from New England IPA and Western from West coast IPAs. As this beer has the bitterness and the crispiness of a West Coast IPA but also has the distinct sweetness and the haze of New England IPAs.
