Notes
I will split the batch. 5.5 gallons will be used for a blonde ale bittered to 20 ibu. Likely with warrior, chinook or citra. Fermentation will be with us-05
I will mini mash 2 gallons of h2o with 5.5 lbs of oats and 2 lbs of cara copper. this will be fermented hot with Lutra. Hopped to hell with citra mosaic and either simcoe or centennial.
