A charity collaboration between Bearded Tang Brewing in Stanton, California & Old Standby Brewing in Salem, Oregon to benefit The Dream Street Foundation who provides fully paid camping trips for children with life threatening illnesses.
ALL ingredients were donated by Yakima Valley Hops, LINC Malt, Coldstream Malt, and Imperial Yeast.
~45 minute WP and rest after boil is complete.
~Use 3 packs fresh Imperial yeast or make a starter the day before brewing.
~DH addition can be split into 2 charges over multiple days.
