Notes
Lower ABV IPA featuring Mckenzie hops. Going to add a little white wheat to the malt to add some more softness complexity without using crystal malts.
Will use ascorbic acid in the mash and with dry hop/kegging. Will also look to use ALDC enzyme when dry hopping. Want to use with pitch but won't be here in time for brew day.
