Notes
Dry Bean 1.25 oz/gal medium roast coffee for 3 days
Soak 1 med toast oak spiral in 5 - 8 oz bourbon for one month. Then add to keg or bottling bucket
After 3 months in the bottle this beer had developed into a nice coffee stout. The coffee is very prominent. But I am not getting much bourbon at all at 5 oz. So either the coffee is overpowering it or the bourbon needs increased closer to 8 oz.
