Notes
Ferment @18 degree celcius for 21 days.
Add oak chips and vanilla beans to whiskey for 4-7 days before adding to primary. Leave to sit for 7 days before racking to keg/secondary. Taste every other day to make sure you don't overdo it.
Leave to age for 2-3 months before transfer to clean keg and carbonate.
Feel free to bottle with beer gun.
