Notes

Should be 13 lbs of Pilsner malt (according to my efficiency), but I had a half-pound of Pils DME so I used that.

The recipe calls for 2 oz of Aromatic malt, but I had none on hand and Victory was a recommended substitution.

This is too big of a grain bill! Next time, need to sub with some DME or make this in a larger pot on the gas burner.

Grains were DOUBLE MILLED for BIAB.

7.5+ gal of mash water--doesn't seem enough for grains but the "water level" nearly reaches the top of the brew basket!

Skimmed the scum off the top during the boil.

OG = 1.067!

Never said this about one of my own beers: Tastes absolutely perfect.
