Try for 12 IBU's with the hops; so adjust according to AA. Also have used Saaz, again trying for 12 IBUs for best results.
Pitch jelly jar of yeast to stress yeast for best taste - ferment at 66-68 room temp - temp will rise and ferment at 70-72.
