1/2 lb lactose added at 10 minutes, 2-3 tsp pumpkin pie spice mix added at flameout. Pitched S-05 at 68F on its way down to 66F. I'll add 3 oz coldbrew at kegging, no taste testing, just going for it. My last pumpkin ale tasted like gravy, literally, so I'm skipping actual gourd this time and relying on spicing, lactose and coffee for interest on top of this
