Hopping is an estimate of what may have happened - taken from the guide on the wort container.
The beer is lighter in colour than the original 19l keg transfer purchased from Tumut River Brewing Company in December 2021 despite being their extract. It is not quite as bitter as the original; however, I found it a better balance.
Head is great and lasts the schooner. 10psi is perfect for set and forget carbonation.
Photos are of the first schooner off the tap - nothing poured out of the tap prior to filling the glass.

Very easy extract to brew. Brewed clear and true to what I tasted was provided by keg transfer direct from Tumut River Brewinery in Decempber 2021. Difficult to compare as they were not side by side but I think the original was ever so slighly more bitter and darker. Great drinking ale.
