Took the last 15 litres of Torpedo IPA, very low gravity.
Added 1 year old leftover Berliner Weiss sour yeast.
Let's see what happens.
Prior to bottling, definitely had that sour taste from the yeast. Its undrinkable now but we will see in 2 months.
