Notes

This beer became exceptional as time went on. A month in the keg has yielded a chocolatey beer with lovely coffee and roast notes, a persistent head, and a perfect compliment to my nitro tap. I enjoy the last sip as much, or more, than the first, and almost always want another pint--therefore i am granting it legacy status and shall brew it in this manner in perpetuity
