Notes

staggered additions of hops to whirlpool, over 15min.

pitch at 63F, naturally warm ~1f/day, hold at 69F. Dry hop at 69f for 1 day under 10psig co2, then drop to 63f.

I racked the beer off the lees/hops at day 8, into a co2 purged keg with dry hop charge in hop spider. All done under co2/tsfr via post fittings. Low DO transfer.
