Notes
22 gallons at 162 = 149 mash. Shoot for 5.4ph in mash. After 30 mins, take 8 gallons out and decoct for 15 mins. Then Vorlauf, run off everything, no sparge. Then boil. Added hops at 2 hours 37 minutes. Had to add 1.5 gallons of water to boil so it didn’t dip below the coil in the HLT
