7.5lbs of honey
5 gallons of apple cider

Changed yeast to Cote De Blanc
Changing time frame. Leave on yeast in primary for at least a month. Let age in bottles for three months and up to a year.

Add 2 gallons of cider to FV

Bring 3 gallons of cider to 150F

Add honey @ 150F, bring back to 150F, add additional ingredients per recipe.

Simmer for 10 minutes then chill to 70F, rack into FV, add yeast nutrient, and pitch yeast.

After 2 weeks, add 2 cinnamon sticks
