Start with 50L and boil down for 30mins-60Mins, see what we get in reduction. then add some more wort if need to estimate 45L target.


Notes:
Next time start with 60L, we ended up a lot lower than expected. Keep time consistent and keep a backup amount of wort.

Added 2g of citric. PH was much higher than expected.
