Lessons for next time: Have cool /ice water at the ready.. get good thermometer for carboy temp.

Mash Results - about 3.6-3.7 gal, so Good

Recipe says 1.052 OG, my BF says 1.061 OG... so I’m in that range. I can play with my numbers in BF to get the 1.057
Adjust to 77% efficiency (match).

@10 min Wyeast nutrient 1/2 tsp & Whirlflock

11/17 B+3 approx. Ferm slowed rapidly, think it overheated
11/18 B+4 Brought upstairs
11/20 B+6 Have burps every 4 sec - leaving it

actual FG 1.012
