-Ordered from Northern Brewer, to find the smoked wheat malt milled. Other options are possible if we get unmilled, but AIH only had it by the 55 lb. bag.
-The thought behind the yeast was that it was the classically German dry yeast available at Northern Brewer, and we didn't really want the fruity wheat beer flavors of SafAle WB-06.
-2.6 vol. of CO2 recommended by linked article.
