Cool, boiled Friday Nov 5 Santo Domingo and got 67% brewhouse efficiency. Rehydrated the Safale 05. Dry hopped after 3 days of ferment. Down to 1.011 after 4 1/2 days. Estimate 5.3 gallons to package. added 5.2 oz corn sugar. Result 5.375 packaged!!. Fermenter was up to touch over 6 gallons, bastante hops in the bottom.
