Notes

An English-style IPA, Fuggles is buttery, creamy, earthy, and aromatic. Much of its character comes from the distinctive Ringwood yeast, but even more distinguishing is the use of only Fuggles hops.

Hint: with the last hop addition at flame out, cover and steep the hops for 15 minutes, then wort chill rapidly down to 68 degrees.

Ferment for 7 days at 68 degrees, transfer to secondary and dry hop for 14 days. Add Gelatin (optional) 3 days before bottling and cold crash to clarify beer. Prime and bottle. Condition at 70-72 for 21 days, chill 3 days, enjoy!!
