Going a little on the yeast pitch because of the sour. Went with DME because the base beer is quite simple and this is a souring experiment.

Plan is to rack onto raspberry and sour cherry for secondary. Half batch will be just this, other half will also have a half ounce of Enigma for dry hops.
Low ABV, just a simple refreshing beer. Will add plain RO water to meet 5 gallon mark post-boil.
