Notes
Mash in Vienna and dark munich malt at 131F and hold for 15 Minutes
Raise mash to 149F and rest for 30 minutes
Raise mash temp to 158 and rest for 30 minutes
Recirculate and add caramunich, midnight, and carafa...mix gently
Raise Temp to 170 for mashout, recirculating the whole time...hold mashout temp for 15 minutes
