Notes

Bought this "kit" from austinhomebrew.com. It came with little instructions except a crubmled up sticker that was hard to read so I am transferring the contents and the "recipe" for my future use. Brewing today. Will report 4 weeks from now on how it comes out and how close it is.

Note -- unsure what hops is used at the 60 minute mark. Was sent 2 small packets less than 1 oz each that say "3HBU pack AA 8.5%"...who knows what it is.....
