Notes
This one of the most luscious, buttery, aromatic, full, friendly, interesting beers I have ever made. I am drinking it now. It is blonde and full-bodied and a delight in the glass in bouquet, taste and to the eye. I am really proud of this one! I might bitter at 90 min with Cascade next time.....2x1 on the recipe and bag the Warrior.....in other words, replace Warrior with 2 x the amount of Cascade. Thanks for listening!!
