if you're going to make this - first of all, it tastes great. But second of all, I would suggest 16oz of bourbon that has been soaking in oak chips, and 16 oz of bourbon that has been soaking in cocoa nibs. The flavor is great as it is, but I want much more. Adding a full pot of coffee, cold brew or hot, is more than fine. Make it strong!

STILL WANT MORE BOURBON. Next version we will try adding the bourbon soaked oak chips to the secondary and let age for a while...not sure how long - probably to taste.
