Notes
Start heating 3.5 gal. water and add steeping grains. When water begins to boil remove from heat ,take out the steeping grains, and add D.M.E. Return to heat. as soon as it begging to boil add hops and start 15 min. time. add chiller to sanitize. at the end of boil chill to 95 degrees. transfer to primary and pitch hothead yeast. 2 weeks in primary. Add cherries to secondary and vanilla syrup to secondary. wrack on top for 2 weeks. (corn syrup is vanilla infused )
