1.028 Dry hop El Dorado - Day 2?

  1. When done fermenting drop temp to 60 Degrees and hold for a day.

    2.Dump all yeast and hop matter until you get beer, then dry hop with rest of hops.

  2. Close tank and arouse for 20 seconds. leave 5psi on tank

  3. Wait 1 or 2 days after dry hopping and crash tank
