1.028 Dry hop El Dorado - Day 2?
- When done fermenting drop temp to 60 Degrees and hold for a day.
2.Dump all yeast and hop matter until you get beer, then dry hop with rest of hops.
- Close tank and arouse for 20 seconds. leave 5psi on tank
- Wait 1 or 2 days after dry hopping and crash tank
