Notes

Diacetyl Rest: 3 days @ 65 F
Lager 5 days @ 38 F

This is a new Brewtuber's Recipe (Fernando Ocampo) - very clear, lovely Pils...very high ABV and with a TON of hops - I thought I might scale it down and give it a go as a small batch.

The issue is I did not catch his volume...I thought I heard him say 12 gallons - if you allowed for nearly 2 gallon boiloff - that would leave you with 10 gallons of wort. If that is right - you get about 42 IBUs.

He was doing Mash in at 131 F and Mash Out at 149 F for 60 mins.
Didn't note water profiles, etc.

See Fernando brew it - URL below.
