Notes
Original recipe from Duane Beersmith called for 1 ounce, 5%AA East Kent Goldings but I made substitutions. Temperatures were for his equipment. I got rid of those and used mine.
I do not have enough time to do a double starter with cold crashing, so I am going a little bit stronger starter (1.040) and doing 2 liters rather than 1.5. 218 grams of DME, 1 tsp yeast nutrient and 1 tsp yeast energizer.
