This beer attempts to realize pineapple flavor derived from the characteristics of the hops and yeat which are reported to develop pineapple esters. I will brew this again but increase the late boil hops and dry hops. It does have pineapple character, but not enough. The yeast needs a high temperature to show the pineapple esters. Be advised that the mash water amendments are suitable for my local water (diluted with distilled. The salts and acid are added to the mash only. The reported mash ph is not right, the mash calculator did not properly copy to this snapshot. Adjust your brewing water to "light-colored and hoppy" using your water source. I will brew this again and update the recipe.
