Two 4.5 Gallon batches of different flavors brewed at same time
RED CAP Mango Wheat - 1oz El Dorado @ 35 mins. Dry Hop 1.3oz Citra, 1.3oz Idaho 7, 1.25oz Amarillo, 1.25oz El Dorado
WHITE CAP Raspberry Wheat - 1oz El Dorado @ 35 mins. Dry Hop 2.7oz Simcoe, 1oz Centennial, 1oz El Dorado, 0.7oz Cascade
Cutting 1lb of Pale or Wheat will get the beer around 107 cals, closer to 100 calories. Because each home brew system is a bit different, I do it this way to make up for possible loss in efficiency across the board.
Brewing Salts
Maltodextrin last five minutes of boil
Dry Hop 5 Days before Kegging/Bottling
Brewed 7/22/21 - Kegged 8/18/21
Update: Took a few months to ungreen. In future, these would be great beers at a higher abv.
