Notes
I took this from the January-February 2021 Brew Your Own. Instructions call for a 90 minute boil. OG 1.071, FG 1.016, IBU=36, SRM=48, ABV=7.2%
Other yeasts to use are White Labs WLP001 California Ale or Wyeast 1056 American Ale.
Ferment at 67 degrees F for 10 days and then 3 to 4 days at 70 degrees.
When I brew this, I will probably substitute Horizon - 11.4% for Magnum and
