Add dextrose with 10 minutes remaining in boil.

Oxygenate for 90 seconds before pitching.
(Consider oxygenating again 12-18 hours after pitching.)

Dry hop in primary near end of fermentation (not true high krausen)

Probably should remove previous dry hop additions when adding new (could call it refreshing the dry hops).

Consider increasing dry hop additions by one day each.
