ferment for 4 days at 65 degrees, then increase the temp to 69 for the remainder of fermentation. when terminal gravity is reach drop to 60 and dry hop. hold there for 6 days then begin crashing using co2 bag to avoid oxygenating. transfer to purged keg with co2 and burst carb at 25 psi for 48 hours. release co2 and set to serving pressure. condition for 1 week before drinking.
