Cold crash for 4 days at 34: 8/28/21; 9/4/22
Rack to keg, lager at 34 for 2 weeks: 9/11/21; 9/18/22
Carb to 10 psi and lager at 34 for 5 more weeks: 10/16/21; until Oktoberfest 10/15/22
