Notes
Made a couple changes as I went. Steep was 60 minutes all grain products. Raised temp to 170. 15 minute gradual increase full temp for last 10 minutes. Boil temp took 35 minutes to reach added .5 oz hops for 60-minutes then added remaining .5 oz for 1 minute removed from boil allowed to finish last 30-mintes. Chill to 78 28-minutes pitched yeast put in fridge to reach 56 deg fer.
