Notes
Mash as usual. After firing up the boil kettle, steep the dark malt in a grain bag for 10 minutes, or until a nice orange color is achieved. Be careful not to over-steep, or you will end up with a muddy IPA!
Fermentation:
Primary - glass 3 gal carboy at ~68F
Secondary - none
Add dry hops after active fermentation has peaked but while airlock is still bubbling. Steep until bottling.
Bottle directly from fermenter. Use 5 carb tabs and 1 pinch CBC-1 bottling yeast per bottle to carbonate.
